Issy and Jerry Simpson - Owners

Having been a part of the Clanville community for over 30 years and owners of the Clanville Garage. Issy and Jerry have owned The Lion for just shy of five years. they have redeveloped and refurbished the whole establishment by hand and are actively involved ever since.

Phil Simpson - Chef

Phil has many years of experience at The Lion, having worked at previous Rosette standard restaurants also. Phil brings a wealth of experience and skills to the team, and enjoys a hands on approach with both customers and staff.
